A Network by women for women
Welcome to Women in Climate Tech EU, Europe’s first female-only network dedicated to founders and investors within the climate tech sector. We are here to connect, inspire, and empower women who are shaping our new tomorrow.
Our journey began in Berlin, bringing together women from across Europe who are passionate about driving sustainable innovation. With women making up only 20% of founders and receiving a mere 2% of global VC funding, we recognized the need for a dedicated space where female leaders in climate tech can thrive. That's why we created Women in Climate Tech EU—a safe, supportive, and energetic community where women can connect, collaborate, and grow without judgment.
„Networking is not about just connecting people. It’s about connecting people with people, people with ideas, and people with opportunities.”
– Michele Jennae
We believe in a future where women are at the forefront of climate innovation, leading the charge towards a more sustainable world. Our community is designed to make this vision a reality by providing a platform for female founders and investors to share knowledge, resources, and support.
Meet the dynamic duo behind this vibrant community: Lea Scholdan and Lia Carlucci. Not only are our first names similar, but we are united by a shared vision—bringing more women to the forefront of climate innovation.
